NOTICE OF NON-CLINICAL AFFILIATION
Please be aware that West Georgia Psychiatric Center is a management corporation and provides absolutely no clinical care to any individual. All the clinicians practicing at the site of West Georgia Psychiatric Center are Solo-Practitioners and are in their own private practices. West Georgia Psychiatric Center is NOT a group practice. Every clinician at this site contracts management services from West Georgia Psychiatric Center independently to address their administrative needs. All treatment decisions made and care provided are solely the responsibility of the individual clinician providing that care.
There is no clinical affiliation between the professionals practicing at West Georgia Psychiatric Center. The only exception to this is when individual clinicians have independently arranged for one another to provide cross-coverage for urgent care of patients when the clinician will be away from their office or where required by certain individual insurance carriers with respect to reimbursement of master's level psychotherapists. If you have any questions with regard to this notice, please feel free to inquire with the individual clinician involved or with the office manager.
